What Youll Be Doing
- Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials inprocess samples and finished products
- Calibrate operate and maintain laboratory and testing equipment
- Document results accurately and communicate findings to plant personnel
- Support troubleshooting efforts by identifying quality deviations and contributing to corrective actions
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe clean work environment
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to conduct quality tests with accuracy consistency and attention to detail
- Capability to interpret test data and communicate clearly with crossfunctional teams
- Proficiency in using lab equipment and willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Strong problemsolving mindset and ability to work independently during night shift operations
- Commitment to safety reliability and continuous improvement
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level
