Service Technician Responsibilities

• Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Perform skilled mechanical and electrical repairs diagnose and troubleshoot issues and conduct routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Efficient Workflow: Utilize your expertise to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs providing high-quality service to our valued customers.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues ensuring accurate and effective repairs.
• Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies service procedures and industry advancements enhancing your skills and expertise.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your teammates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at an automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of the service drive
• Years of experience vary per position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
