As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in North Myrtle Beach SC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures access-related protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property including common areas exterior grounds parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances exits and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access observe activity and communicate professionally with occupants and visitors.
• Support day-to-day security-related operations at a commercial real estate location by following post orders reporting hazards and/or suspicious behavior and assisting with requested customer service needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
