Customer Service Representative Medicaid Support

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a Medicaid services project in Albuquerque. This is a fully onsite temporary opportunity with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs.

If you have call center customer service or healthcare experience this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and build valuable experience.

What Youll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with questions related to services and transactions
Provide accurate information using scripts tools and established procedures
Document customer interactions and update internal systems
Determine when to resolve transfer or escalate calls
Deliver professional timely and accurate customer support

Schedule
Training 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST 3 weeks
Production 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST
Monday through Friday possible weekends

Pay
$16.00 per hour

What Were Looking For
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Medicaid or healthcare experience is a plus not required
Strong communication and basic computer skills
Ability to follow processes and work in a structured environment
