We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Practice Sales Consultant to join our growing medical group full-time in Quincy MA. This role is primarily focused on direct patient sales guiding prospective patients through the decision-making process and helping them commit to care that can significantly improve their quality of life.
This is not a traditional marketing or outreach rolethis position centers on consultative selling to patients primarily over the phone. The ideal candidate is confident discussing treatment options handling objections and closing high-value cases with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients to educate them on treatment options and services
- Guide patients through the decision-making process using a consultative patient-first sales approach
- Address questions overcome objections and confidently discuss pricing and treatment plans
- Follow structured call processes and scripts while maintaining a natural empathetic tone
- Track leads follow up consistently and manage a pipeline of prospective patients
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact to treatment
- (Secondary) Support referral growth efforts through relationship-building with local providers and community outreach
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales preferably high-ticket consultative or phone-based sales
- Strong ability to build trust quickly and communicate value to prospective clients/patients
- Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence without being pushy
- Experience in healthcare medical sales or call center environments is a plus but not required
- Base Salary: $50k $70k plus Bonus: $40k $60k (based on performance) Total Compensation Potential: $90000 $130000
