Title: General Services Specialist Facilities Warehouse & Fleet Operations
Location: On-site - Lakeland FL (Central Florida Region)
Duration: Contract 04/20/2026 - 06/30/2026
Job Description: General Services Specialist / Facilities Operations Coordinator role managing warehouse inventory fleet vehicles facilities maintenance and emergency management support across a multi-site Central Florida region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage PPE inventory DSNAP distribution systems and supply/warehouse operations across regional sites
- Maintain and service a fleet of state vehicles including ERVs and trailers submitting monthly vehicle logs in compliance with fleet management policy
- Oversee keycard access systems and key management logs for multiple facilities
- Conduct site inspections identify and resolve safety issues and ensure OSHA compliance across all locations
- Coordinate internal and external office moves including transport of heavy furniture and IT equipment using hand dollies and proper lifting equipment
- Support Disaster/Emergency Management preparation and recovery efforts for regional facilities and assets
- Perform facilities upkeep tasks including whiteboard/corkboard installation surplus furniture disposal and vendor coordination via purchase orders

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida Drivers License with clean MVR required
- Minimum 1 year experience in supply/warehouse management
- Minimum 6 months experience in fleet vehicle maintenance
- Minimum 6 months experience conducting facility site inspections
- Minimum 6 months OSHA/safety regulation experience
- Minimum 6 months IT equipment handling experience
- Must pass Level 2 background screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
