React Native Tech Lead

Title: React Native Tech Lead (2 Openings)

Location: Miami FL (Hybrid Must be onsite Day 1; relocation required if not local)

w2 only

We are seeking experienced React Native Tech Leads to define and drive the technical vision for cross-platform mobile and web development. This role requires deep expertise in React Native along with strong native iOS and Android knowledge to effectively bridge cross-platform and native implementations.

• Define and drive the technical strategy for cross-platform mobile and web applications
• Architect scalable high-performance solutions integrating React Native with native iOS and Android platforms
• Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and working software
• Lead development efforts and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Mentor and guide developers (React Native iOS Android) through code reviews pair programming and technical coaching
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across cross-platform native bridge and mobile layers

• 10 years of hands-on mobile development experience
• 2 years in a technical leadership or lead role
• Expert-level proficiency in React Native React JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong experience with Expo/EAS and modern development workflows
• Experience architecting using:
  • Brownfield host-shell / mobile micro-frontend patterns
  • React Native New Architecture (TurboModules Fabric)
  • Native Modules and typed host bridge contracts
• Strong understanding of modern state management (Redux Toolkit Zustand Jotai)
• Ability to design and implement scalable maintainable architectures

• iOS:
  • Working knowledge of Swift UIKit SwiftUI and Objective-C
  • Familiarity with architectures like MVVM VIPER and Clean Architecture
• Android:
  • Working knowledge of Kotlin/Java Android SDK and Jetpack libraries
