Job Summary
Requirements
- 15 or more years of experience in application development within CA Plex or similar 4GL model-driven environments.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL for performance tuning and complex database management.
- Experience with API integrations including REST SOAP XML Windows Services and Microservices.
- Experience in C Java languages generated from model-based platforms.
- Experience with batch processing transactional systems and data warehouse architecture.
- Experience in maintaining legacy enterprise software for court case and juror management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize CA Plex models by updating objects functions and relational logic.
- Develop and implement complex business rules workflows and screen enhancements within the CMS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production defects data anomalies and root cause issues.
- Optimize stored procedures and SQL queries to manage performance for datasets with millions of records.
- Manage technical integrations between internal platforms and external law enforcement or filing systems.
- Orchestrate data extracts and legacy I/O processes to support analytical reporting and data warehousing.
- Document technical system changes and business logic to facilitate knowledge transfer for modernization efforts.
