Job Details:
Job Title: Med/Surg RN (Night Shift)
Location: Tuba City AZ 86045
Facility: Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 7:00 AM) 3 Shifts/Week Rotating
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: Up to $60.00 per hour (All-Inclusive)
Facility Overview:
Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation is a JCAHO-accredited facility serving a large and diverse community across the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. The hospital provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services and offers a unique cultural working environment.
Position Summary:
The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages utilizing clinical judgment and adhering to established standards of care hospital policies and physician directives.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 3 years of acute or sub-acute care experience required
License:
- Active unrestricted RN license (any US state accepted)
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NIHSS (required)
- TCAR (to be completed within 6 months of hire)
Additional Details:
- EMR: Allscripts
- Orientation: Every 2 weeks
- Holiday coverage required
Housing Information:
- Limited shared housing available ($600/month)
- No pets or family allowed in housing
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start
