Orientation: 2-3 classroom days and 3 shifts of shadowing as well as HealthStream learning modules. Classroom training is during the day shadowing can be done at night. Attendance is mandatory
Ratio: For the Detox units the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:7 and for the Residential Units 1:24. 1 BHT per shift and up to 1 BHA/shift. Therapeutic staff 1:8 only until 1700.
Experience / additional details: 1 year current psych or comparable experience required. SNF/Home Health experience will not be considered. Must be willing to Float to other units if needed.

About the Facility: This inpatient facility has 64 beds and is planning to increase to 94 beds and offers acute and residential treatment services to the adult population. Consisting of 2units 1 detox unit and 1 residential treatment unit. They accept both voluntary and involuntary admissions. Ancillary staff includes BHAs BHTs and clinical therapeutic staff
