About the Role
We are seeking a Business Program Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role will act as a macro-level program manager driving cross-functional alignment ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accountability across multiple stakeholders.
This is a leave coverage position requiring a candidate who can ramp up quickly and operate with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns
- Drive timeline management ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule
- Act as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams
- Facilitate status meetings track progress and document actionable updates
- Maintain a central source of truth (trackers assets timelines and documentation)
- Ensure alignment and accountability across Product Marketing Brand and external partners
- Identify risks and dependencies proactively escalate issues to leadership
- Support leadership with weekly status reporting and program updates
- Collaborate with external creative agencies to align on deliverables and timelines
- 6 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management preferably in marketing or campaign environments
- Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including ability to influence and escalate
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines risks and multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in driving execution
- Experience working with GSuite (Sheets Docs Drive Slides etc.)
- Experience in a creative agency or as a Producer/Project Manager
- Background in consumer goods retail or go-to-market campaign execution
- Experience managing digital social or activation-based campaigns
- Familiarity with working alongside external agencies and creative teams
- Prior experience in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
