Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients restore function improve mobility and relieve pain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced clinical environment
