Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients develop treatment plans and deliver therapy to improve mobility function and overall patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Collaborate with healthcare teams
Float to other clinics as required

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedic

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state license (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
