Job Summary

Environmental Tectonics Corporation a global and dynamic US based Company located just outside of Philadelphia PA is seeking a local experiencedDirector of Contracts to lead negotiations ensure compliance and directly influence executive decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to manage complex commercial government and international agreements. Reports directly to the President & CEO. Occasional international travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full lifecycle of contracts and proposals (government International commercial vendor NDAs amendments)
  • Negotiate complex high-value agreements while mitigating risk
  • Ensure compliance with regulations (CMMC ITAR EAR)
  • Advise executive leadership on contractual risk and strategy
  • Manage outside counsel relationships
  • Develop and maintain contract templates and standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support execution and compliance
  • Lead mentor and manage Contracts team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Law or related field
  • 710 years of experience in contracts including U.S. government and international contracting
  • Strong negotiation risk assessment and regulatory knowledge (ITAR/EAR)
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

This is a Full Time 40 hour a week position and also offers opportunity for career progression.
