Environmental Tectonics Corporation a global and dynamic US based Company located just outside of Philadelphia PA is seeking a local experiencedDirector of Contracts to lead negotiations ensure compliance and directly influence executive decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to manage complex commercial government and international agreements. Reports directly to the President & CEO. Occasional international travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle of contracts and proposals (government International commercial vendor NDAs amendments)
Negotiate complex high-value agreements while mitigating risk
Ensure compliance with regulations (CMMC ITAR EAR)
Advise executive leadership on contractual risk and strategy
Manage outside counsel relationships
Develop and maintain contract templates and standards
Collaborate cross-functionally to support execution and compliance
Lead mentor and manage Contracts team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Law or related field
710 years of experience in contracts including U.S. government and international contracting
Strong negotiation risk assessment and regulatory knowledge (ITAR/EAR)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
This is a Full Time 40 hour a week position and also offers opportunity for career progression.
