Environmental Tectonics Corporation a global and dynamic US based Company located just outside of Philadelphia PA is seeking a local experienced
Director of Contracts to lead negotiations ensure compliance and directly influence executive decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to manage complex commercial government and international agreements. Reports directly to the President & CEO. Occasional international travel required.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead full lifecycle of contracts and proposals (government International commercial vendor NDAs amendments)
- Negotiate complex high-value agreements while mitigating risk
- Ensure compliance with regulations (CMMC ITAR EAR)
- Advise executive leadership on contractual risk and strategy
- Manage outside counsel relationships
- Develop and maintain contract templates and standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support execution and compliance
- Lead mentor and manage Contracts team.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Law or related field
- 710 years of experience in contracts including U.S. government and international contracting
- Strong negotiation risk assessment and regulatory knowledge (ITAR/EAR)
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
This is a Full Time 40 hour a week position and also offers opportunity for career progression.
