Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery to provide high-quality care for mothers and newborns in a critical access hospital environment. This role requires strong clinical skills the ability to respond to obstetric emergencies and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
- Assist physicians with deliveries and emergency obstetric procedures
- Administer medications IV therapies and prescribed treatments
- Provide postpartum care including patient and family education
- Accurately document patient status interventions and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum experience in Labor & Delivery required
- Current certifications: BLS ACLS and NRP
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient care abilities
