Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery to provide high-quality care for mothers and newborns in a critical access hospital environment. This role requires strong clinical skills the ability to respond to obstetric emergencies and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
Assist physicians with deliveries and emergency obstetric procedures
Administer medications IV therapies and prescribed treatments
Provide postpartum care including patient and family education
Accurately document patient status interventions and outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
Minimum experience in Labor & Delivery required
Current certifications: BLS ACLS and NRP
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
