Shift timings: 07:00 AM 07:30 PM or 11:00 AM 11:30 PM
Every other weekend required

Short Description
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Critical Care Adult PACU role in a hospital-based recovery room setting. The candidate must have strong pre-operative and post-operative care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care in PACU
Perform comprehensive patient assessments in an acute care setting
Monitor patient recovery from anesthesia and respond to complications
Deliver patient care with minimal orientation and supervision
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications
Active New York State RN license
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (or ability to recertify)
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and scope
Must have inpatient PACU and Critical Care experience
Experience working in hospitals of equal or larger size or trauma centers (required for travelers)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to pass pre-employment health screening drug screening and background check
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital setting
Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records system
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the nursing field is required
Experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital is highly desired
EPIC system experience is highly desired
Active NYS RN license is mandatory
