Be the voice behind the experience. As a PBX Operator at Signia by Hilton at La Cantera Resort & Spa youll serve as the central hub of communicationconnecting guests with everything they need for a seamless and memorable stay.
In this role youll manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and warmth handle guest requests efficiently and provide accurate information about the resort and local area. Your ability to multitask stay organized and maintain a calm friendly demeanor will ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of hospitality.
Were looking for someone who is detail-oriented tech-savvy and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but a positive attitude and strong communication skills are what matter most.

What will I be doing
As a Communications Operator you would be responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services
- Respond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations
- Accept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately utilizing proper grammar and spelling
- Operate office equipment including but not limited to computers PBX system fax machine e-mail etc.
