What Youll Do (CNC Programmer Responsibilities)

• Create edit and optimize CNC programs for Mazak milling machines
• Develop efficient toolpaths using Mazatrol and/or CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
• Collaborate with engineering and machinists to improve cycle times and part quality
• Support machine setup prove-out and first-run validation
• Troubleshoot program issues and make real-time adjustments on the floor
• Interpret complex blueprints GD&T and technical drawings
• Recommend tooling speeds/feeds and process improvements
• Ensure programs meet production goals for quality efficiency and repeatability
• Maintain organized program documentation and revision control

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 35 years of CNC programming experience (milling)
• Experience with high tolerance parts
• Strong proficiency with Mazatrol and/or CAM software
• Deep understanding of machining processes tooling and cutting strategies
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints tolerances and GD&T
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred (Not Required)

• Mastercam programming experience
• Experience with 3- 4- or 5-axis machining
• Background in automotive or performance manufacturing
• Experience supporting production environments and continuous improvement initiatives

Schedule

• Full-time on-site
• 1st shift available
• Occasional overtime as needed
