Job Summary
Job Title: Part-Time CDL Driver
Job Type: Part-Time (Up to 5 days per week as needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Part-Time CDL Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for test driving trucks before and after repairs to ensure proper operation as well as transporting customer vehicles to and from designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test drive trucks before and after maintenance or repairs to verify performance and safety
- Pick up and deliver customer trucks in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and test results
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to pass a routine background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable and able to work up to 5 days per week or as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience test driving or transporting commercial vehicles
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
Schedule:
- Part-time position requiring availability 5 days per week
- Flexible hours may be available depending on business needs
Compensation:
