Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external business partners
Partner with Quality Standards (QS) Team Members and various internal teams to support the Standardized Compliance Process (SCP)
Ensure accuracy of QS tools and resources.
Support compliance with various Quality Standards programs for assigned category scope
Analyze product formulations and labels for compliance with Quality Standards and provide applicable guidance as needed.
Coordinate supplier communications online supplier tools and application processes.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams technical analysts third-party certifications and suppliers to refine processes and procedures.
Provide guidance and support to global regional and store level teams in meeting QS requirements.
Triage and manage the questions and comments from the Team Members suppliers and other stakeholders.
Create and deliver training materials and educational resources to support of compliance programs based on business partner feedback and common compliance issues.
Perform the online and in-store research on the product ingredients and products.
Work with the Category Merchants Supply Chain Compliance and suppliers to facilitate adherence with WFMs Quality Standards.
Provide technical support for FoodLogiQ initial assessment for products flagged for QS review in SCP process
Actively participate in the development of standards strategies and partnerships

Review product labels for adherence to our quality standards
Respond to customer supplier and business partner inquiries related to our quality standards
Project manage ongoing workstreams to support the development and maintenance of our quality standards
Provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor industry reports to understand trends
Engage with suppliers and internal business partners to help bring products into compliance with our standards
About the team
The Quality Standards team sets industry-leading ingredient and sourcing standards that contribute to a more resilient food and agriculture system. - Bachelors degree in relevant field or 2 years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- 2 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Experience in a highly analytical results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Experience with MS Share-point
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience in data mining

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
