Position Overview: We are looking for an Automation Specialist to design and deliver scalable automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience (CX) by reducing manual effort streamlining workflows and enabling seamless system integrations.
Acting as a bridge between business processes and digital transformation you will identify operational inefficiencies analyse customer journeys and implement automation solutions that drive measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ensuring reliable data flows high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement across automated processes.
Responsibilities:
Design build and maintain automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
Analyze business processes and customer journeys to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate systems and applications (e.g. CRM APIs webhooks) to ensure reliable data flow.
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize automation performance.
Improve customer-facing workflows to reduce friction and enhance response and resolution times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Document automation logic workflows and system architecture.
Provide training and guidance to users to support adoption of automated processes.
Leverage AI tools and RPA technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
Track and report on performance metrics such as efficiency gains and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Ensure consistency and reliability across all automated systems and integrations.
Requirements:
Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools
Strong understanding of process mapping workflow design and automation logic
Working knowledge of APIs webhooks and data structures (e.g. JSON XML)
Experience with CRM systems and customer support environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail particularly in maintaining data accuracy and system reliability
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. JavaScript) or experience with AI/chatbots is a plus
