Job Summary
We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Manager for our client a leading power generator company to be based in their offices in Lagos Nigeria.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations related to generator systems and managing a team of technicians ensuring that all fleet and equipment are adequately maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor service performance
- Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure team is up-to-date on generator maintenance and repair
Qualifications:
- 5 years in generator service management
- Strong knowledge of generator systems and equipment
- Previous experience in managing a team of technicians
- Proven ability to analyze service data and implement improvements
- Proficiency in service management software and tools.
