Employer Brand Partner
Job Summary
The Employer Brand Partner serves as the strategic link between the Global Employer Brand team and the local market. You will act as a partner to local teams to understand their hiring needs and create bespoke strategies to attract top talent in the market. You will ensure that our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is local authentic and effective in the Tallinn market as well as support global employer brand initiatives and projects.

Localised responsibilities
Partner with local teams to understand local hiring challenges
Stay ahead of the Tallinn talent landscape - what competitors are offering the perception of the Wise employer brand in the marketplace and expectations of local candidates
Create a compelling localised employer brand strategy and deliver initiatives including developing creative briefs creating content award strategy and partnerships
Work closely with local stakeholders to develop a community event strategy to attract top talent that supports our hiring efforts
Develop local messaging and employee value proposition that resonates with local audiences that showcases our culture career opportunities and what it really feels like to work at Wise
Monitor and report on campaign metrics - hold regular check-ins with key stakeholders to review hiring challenges evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust accordingly
Identify and support local employer brand ambassadors to feature in blogs videos and expand our reach via our brand ambassadors programme
Global responsibilities
Partner with functions such as Product and Engineering teams to support their campaigns or strategies
Manage global projects such as our employer brand messaging and work collaboratively with other members of the employer brand team and other teams on global employer brand initiatives
Qualifications :
About you
Experience in Employer Branding Recruitment Marketing or Branding
Deep understanding of the Tallinn talent market and the specific drivers for local professionals (e.g. benefits work-life balance tech stack).
Ability to build trust and influence with senior stakeholders and to navigate a global organisation in a local context.
Strong analytical skills comfortable using data to tell a story and justify spend.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
While you may not be a designer you have a strong sense of what good looks like in digital marketing.
Experienced in social media management (including LinkedIn Instagram YouTube) employee sentiment platforms (e.g. Glassdoor)
Fluent Estonian speaker

Salary: 3700 - 4600 EUR Monthly
