At our restaurant we take pride in crafting exceptional dishes from scratch using only the finest local and fresh ingredients. Our culinary approach includes:
House-made cheese
Cured meats
Fermentations
Kombucha
Dry-aged meats
Tasks
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your designated kitchen section ensuring consistency
- Assist in recipe development with a creative touch contributing to menu items
- Work with fermentations dry-aging and house-made products following kitchen guidelines
- Uphold kitchen standards in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow hygiene safety and quality control standards to guarantee top-quality food output
Requirements
Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus Michelin-star background is even better)
A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking
Team player mentality we thrive on collaboration
Willingness to learn and innovate we do things differently here!
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Attention to detail & consistency in execution
