Pipeline Generation & Lead Sourcing
- Own end-to-end lead generation: build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: Digital / Offline / Referral
- Identify and acquire high-potential OOH host partners: convenience stores pharmacies transit hubs real estate developers and service networks.
- Define and track Pipeline KPIs. Leads / month - Conversion Rate - Pipeline coverage.
- Develop and deploy standardized partner qualification frameworks
- Negotiate and close agreements with speed and precision.
Marketing-Led Demand Generation
- Co-create and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer adoption and repeat usage.
- Measure campaign ROI
- Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded assets.
- 5 years in B2B partnership development retail network expansion or growth marketingideally in logistics e-commerce fintech or mobility.
- Strong negotiator storyteller and data interpreter
- Experience with team management.
- Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Builder mindset: you thrive where strategy meets executionand you measure impact in growth not just activity.
- Proven success launching 100 physical touchpoints (e.g. parcel lockers EV charging).
