Job Summary

Sales Acquisition Specialist (German Speaker) Global HomeSharing Platform

Location: Barcelona Spain

Employment type: Fulltime (39 hours/week)

We are looking for a Sales Acquisition Specialist to join a growing sales team supporting one of the worlds leading homesharing and travel this role you will focus on identifying and acquiring new hosts and partners helping expand the platforms professional host network.

You will act as the first point of contact for prospective hosts presenting the value of the platform guiding them through the onboarding process and building longterm relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is targetdriven proactive and passionate about sales and the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Acquisition

  • Identify research and contact potential hosts and partners through outbound calls emails and other channels.
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches tailored to each prospects needs.
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process and help them understand the platforms benefits and tools.

Relationship Management

  • Build trust quickly with decisionmakers and key stakeholders.
  • Educate prospects on platform features market opportunities and best practices.
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Pipeline Management

  • Manage and progress leads through the sales pipeline while consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Accurately record sales activities and client information in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Provide insights and feedback based on market interactions.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal sales teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer experience.
  • Participate in training and knowledgesharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales business development or recruitment (experience in travel property SaaS or digital marketing is a plus).
  • Native or C2 German and C1 English proficiency.
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with outbound sales and managing high volumes of leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Resilient adaptable and customerfocused mindset.
