Introduction

A leading Outsourcing/BPO company is looking for a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Málaga. This role focuses on account management and business development helping international clients and partners grow through a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to a portfolio of clients and partners using a consultative account management strategy.
• Create and maintain a business environment conducive to sustained growth within assigned accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships to gain visibility into client strategies plans and competitor activity.
• Research and identify new sales opportunities within the existing account portfolio.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals focused on driving profitability.
• Execute proactive management to achieve sales quotas and targets.
• Track manage and report on sales pipeline activity.
• Ensure timely response and resolution to incoming calls from customers or partners.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent in Dutch (C2) and native-level English.
• Experience: Solid sales background including previous experience in B2B sales and working with sales channels.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Goal-oriented motivated self-starter and energetic.
• Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced business environment.
