Reporting to the Head of Ground Operations Spain & Portugal & Morocco the Spain & PortugalSenior Executive - Airports Operations Deliverywill be part of the team responsible for supporting colleagues based in Spain & Portugal.
In this role you will be responsible for the development of improvements to processes at both a head office and local level with duties specifically to help the destination Airport teams deliver a VIP Customer experience. This will be achieved by having a clear focus on colleague support and team administration main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support & Administration
Reporting to the Head of Ground Operations Spain & Portugal & Morocco the Spain & PortugalSenior Executive - Airports Operations Deliverywill be part of the team responsible for supporting colleagues based in Spain & Portugal.
In this role you will be responsible for the development of improvements to processes at both a head office and local level with duties specifically to help the destination Airport teams deliver a VIP Customer experience. This will be achieved by having a clear focus on colleague support and team administration main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support & Administration
- Act as the first point of contact between Head Office and destination teams
- Support senior stakeholders with meetings presentations and operational reporting
- Track key projects and ensure delivery against timelines
- Coordinate logistics and materials across the network
- Maintain SharePoint and ensure high-quality consistent documentation
- Arrange team travel and support ad hoc requests
Resource Planning Rostering & Recruitment
- Support planning of headcount and resources across multiple stations
- Monitor spend and support budget control including invoice approvals
- AssistManagers to ensure the resource plan / op ex remains within budget
- Monitor KPIs productivity and operational performance
- Act as a point of contact with Head Office for escalations and compliance
- Support the full seasonal colleague lifecycle from recruitment through to onboarding and performance monitoring
What youll need
What were looking for
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong administration organisation and communication skills
- Experience with rostering and operational planning
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience with SharePoint Dataverse or similar systems
- Ability to improve processes using Microsoft tools (Power Automate Forms Power Apps)
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or similar
