Join our team as a Sales Enablement Intern and help drive Fevers business plan across all markets!

About the role:

• Support our sales teams in businalesess-as-usual tasks by introducing automations and tooling that would expand their capabilities.
• Identify and address inconsistencies in our CRM databases assess problems and collaborate with the commercial teams to resolve them. Identity and deploy automations to increase self-service capabilities.
• Provide direct support for Sales Enablement projects focusing on process mapping and creating documentation playbooks and tutorials for other teams.
• Collaborate with diverse teams across different markets in an international environment spanning up to 40 countries.

About You:

• Proficient in Spanish and English (spoken written and read). Additional languages are a plus!
• Have a background in Engineering Mathematics Statistics Data Analytics or Strategy. You are comfortable working with numbers and leveraging analytics tools for strategic decision-making.
• Skilled in using advanced Google Sheets features (e.g. VLOOKUP Pivot Tables and formulas like IF SUMIF COUNTIF). Additionally you either have or are eager to develop strong technical skills in tools such as Salesforce SQL Google Sheets or Airtable.
• Naturally organized and process-oriented with the curiosity to not only follow workflows but also understand their inputs and outputs. Capable of documenting processes effectively.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment and are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
