You will be part of a team building technology that powers the entire ticketing journey from event setup to real-time access at the venue. Our platform processes thousands of transactions per minute enabling seamless access to events all around the world.

Your Mission

We are looking for aGraphic Designer that shares the commitment to process optimization delivering top-notch customer service and embracing every challenge that may arise. We are seeking a professional who loves working in a team and is passionate about their job.

At Fever we connect millions of people with the best experiences in their cities. From immersive exhibitions to concerts and unique events creativity is at the core of everything we do and design plays a key role in how users discover and engage with our content.

In this role you will support multiple teams across the company creating visual assets for campaigns digital channels and internal initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their design career in a fast-paced international environment where your work will have real impact and visibility.

About the role

Create visual elements for our ticketing platform: event venue designs and customization of the look & feels for each client.

Participate in design meetings contribute to solutions and ideas related to internal communications and employee initiatives.

Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across different channels and formats.

Design presentations and internal communication materials.

Help create newsletters for our clients.

Support the Client Services area with design needs.

Contribute ideas and participate in creative discussions.

Help maintain and update website content.

About you

• Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS to customize sales channels.
• Basic experience with WordPress to implement improvements on an existing site.
• Advanced skills in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Basic understanding of design principles and willingness to learn and improve.
• English & Spanish both at a professional level
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
