IT Technician [Geneva Lausanne]

It is also a leading European provider of digital asset infrastructure solutions to banks corporations and private companies. Using blockchain technology Taurus platform covers cryptocurrencies tokenized securities tokenized assets (such as NFTs) digital currencies and stable coins.

Tasks

As an IT support specialist you provide support and operate several duties related to end-users IT environment that includes:

End-user systems management:

• Deployment of end-user hardware and software using supplied installation instructions and tools including handover to end-users.
• Follow up of end-user equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Identification recording categorization investigation and prioritization of incidents and requests related to end-users environment
• Support IT-related tasks connected to our offices in Geneva Lausanne and Zurich

Corporate IT support & management:

• Administration maintenance and improvements of corporate applications
• Administration of corporate IT infrastructure (Local Network Printers Small Devices)
• Access rights management

Requirements

• Bachelor in computer science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Proven experience of administrating Linux Mac and Windows workstations
• Experience with Azure administration (including Office 365 Sharepoint Intune Windows defender)
• Knowledge (incl. development) of Salesforce a plus
• Knowledge of Python scripting a plus
• Go programming language a plus
• Proficient with security best practices in banking environments
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of French
• Resident in Switzerland and willing to travel between our 3 offices (Geneva Lausanne and Zurich)
