What you will do:

• Define and execute lifecycle strategies for construction commissioning and operations of biomethane assets.

• Oversee the delivery of capital projects ensuring on-time on-budget execution with a focus on safety and quality.

• Manage EPC partners engineering firms and contractors to deliver new builds upgrades and refurbishments.

• Lead commissioning processes ensuring performance validation safety acceptance and seamless handovers.

• Optimize operational performance ensuring high availability feedstock efficiency and biomethane production.

• Govern maintenance strategies lifecycle planning and asset integrity programs to ensure long-term reliability.

• Drive compliance with HSE regulations and foster a strong safety culture across all sites.

What you bring & who you are:

• A Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Process Chemical Industrial or similar).

• 1015 years of experience in industrial plant operations and construction ideally with an EPC project management background.

• Proven expertise in managing large capital projects and leading multi-site operations.

• Technical knowledge of biogas anaerobic digestion or upgrading technologies.

• Strong leadership organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Advanced project management expertise (PMI/IPMA preferred) and financial acumen across OPEX/CAPEX.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and HSE leadership.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on standardization and operational excellence.
