What Makes This Role Great:

In this role you will be at the forefront of customer engagement and problem-solving within a dynamic high-tech environment. You will be integral in shaping the customer experience and improving our products and services providing you with a deep understanding of application functionality and customer needs.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-level technical support to new and existing users of Tekla Structures to solve complex industry challenges.
• Develop and execute live training sessions and create impactful learning materials for customers and internal staff.
• Provide technical onboarding and after-sales-care to our customers as required
• Provide technical and pre-sales support to our sales team
• Be an expert in demonstrations of Tekla Structures to showcase software value to our customers.
• Contribute to the localization of Tekla Structures software to support industry standards and specific customer needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Structural engineering degree or qualification or relevant qualitative experience in the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with Tekla Structures software.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of Trimble Connect and model sharing.
• Experience with other 3D modeling software
• Experience with process development within the construction industry.

Logistics:

• Location: Gothenburg or Västerås -office (4 days in office 1 day remote).
• Travel Requirement: 10%
