Are you interested in a central role where administration finance and customer interaction come together We are currently looking for an Order Administrator for an assignment with a well-established international technology company.

In this position you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth and efficient order process. You will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish including follow-up and invoicing while contributing to strong financial control and high levels of customer satisfaction.

About the role

As a Support Services Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and coordinating customer orders throughout the entire process

• Monitoring deliveries costs and invoicing to ensure accuracy

• Supporting financial oversight of service assignments and product/spare part deliveries

• Ensuring compliance with contracts internal processes and documentation standards

• Communicating regularly with customers and internal stakeholders

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in administrative roles preferably within order management

• Has a basic understanding of financial and business processes

• Is structured detail-oriented and solution-oriented

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills

• Fluent in English and Swedish
