Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Backend / Fullstack Consultant (AI-Driven)
Location: Stockholm Sweden
Job Type: Permanent
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Backend / Fullstack Consultant to take a leading role in client projects. This is a critical hire responsible for driving technical excellence shaping architecture and building scalable production-grade solutions.
The ideal candidate will be confident working across the full stack leading technical decisions and engaging directly with clients to build trust and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end technical ownership of client projects from initiation to delivery.
Drive system architecture and key technical decisions.
Design and develop scalable backend solutions using and TypeScript.
Build and maintain fullstack applications using
Work across cloud platforms including AWS GCP or Azure.
Implement modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
Manage and deliver on multiple concurrent projects.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
AI & Innovation Requirements (Strategic):
Operate in an AI-native way of working.
Actively use tools such as Claude Code GitHub Copilot or similar.
Drive adoption of AI across development workflows and company processes.
Design and implement custom AI-driven workflows within projects.
Contribute to building the companys AI capabilities as a competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
812 years of experience in software development.
Proven experience in technical leadership and architecture.
Strong background in backend and fullstack development.
Experience working in client-facing consulting roles.
Ability to confidently represent technical solutions in client environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Technical Skills:
TypeScript
Cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)
Docker & containerization
CI/CD pipelines
Modern software architecture patterns
