About the Role

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid size Contract Research Organization partnering with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies across the full clinical development lifecycle. We deliver flexible full service resourcing and Functional Service Partnership solutions tailored to our clients needs.

The Clinical Research Nurse is responsible for supporting the execution of clinical trials at site level ensuring high quality patient care and protocol compliant clinical activities including both on site and decentralised visits such as home visits where required.

This position may be offered as either a permanent full time role or a freelance engagement depending on local market conditions availability and study needs.

As part of our SRS or FSP delivery model you will be fully dedicated to one sponsor working closely with a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is a leader within its therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities

Perform protocol specified clinical trial activities including patient visits clinical assessments and data collection
Administer investigational medicinal products in accordance with protocol GCP and local regulations
Conduct home visits and support decentralised trial activities when required
Collect and document vital signs and other protocol specific clinical assessments
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in trial systems and source records
Maintain a high standard of patient care acting as a key point of contact for study participants
Collaborate closely with investigators site staff and sponsor teams to support trial delivery
Comply with all local hospital credentialing and site requirements

Qualifications

Registered Nurse qualification valid in the country of practice
Current GCP certification
Previous experience working in clinical trials or clinical research
Experience with IMP administration and patient facing clinical activities
Ability and willingness to travel domestically including for home visits if required
Strong communication skills and a patient focused mindset
Fluency in the local language both written and spoken
