Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Specialist
Job Summary
Essential requirements:
7 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant and/or developer
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (Real-Time Marketing)
Proven experience designing and delivering complex customer journeys in enterprise environments
Solid understanding of CRM data models and customer lifecycle management
Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and enterprise landscapes
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI); Customer Insights (Data) experience is a plus
Experience working with Customer Insights Data is bonus
Experience working in international multi-country projects
Strong analytical communication and stakeholder-management skills
Proactive advisory mindset with the ability to work independently
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Swedish is bonus
