HRIS Specialist (Workday): Talent & Reward

Were looking for an HRIS Specialist: Talent & Reward to join us at Telia.

Im Fredrik Nilsson Head of Digital Solutions in Group People & Culture and Im looking for someone who is hands-on collaborative and confident in Workday with a strong interest in making Talent and Reward processes work well in practice.

Were a skilled and collaborative cross-border team managing Workday shaping digital HR experiences and building smart solutions that make a real difference across the organization.

What youll do:

  • Play a key role in making sure our Talent and Reward processes run smoothly in Workday by supporting annual cycles strengthening data quality and helping improve the experience for managers employees and HR.
  • Support global performance merit bonus and compensation cycles in Workday by configuring Workday and ensure processes are delivered accurately across markets.
  • Maintain and improve key Talent and Reward structures including salary frameworks pay transparency-related setup performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Refine the user experience in Workday by improving help texts process steps and functional setup so that managers and employees can complete tasks more easily and with greater confidence.
  • Contribute across the employee lifecycle by working closely with colleagues in Recruiting Compensation Performance and related areas to ensure changes are aligned sustainable and support long-term data integrity.


What will help you thrive in this role:

  • You are proactive structured and team-oriented with a genuine interest in helping others succeed and improving how digital HR processes work in practice.
  • Hands-on experience in Workday with functional knowledge of Talent and Reward and confidence in supporting or configuring related processes.
  • Good understanding of compensation and performance cycles including merit reviews bonus processes performance reviews and goal-setting.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture understand how one change affects other processes and data and make improvements that work well over time - not just in the moment.
  • Interest in working closely with colleagues stepping in where support is needed and contributing to reliable delivery during important annual cycles.
