Were now looking for an ERP Application Specialist - Supply Chain to strengthen our ERP & PLM applications team. Do you want to be one of our key players in developing and supporting our global ERP implementation which supports many of Axis core functions If yes Apply now! The position is based at our HQ in Lund or at our office in Linköping.
Who is your future team
You will join our ERP & PLM team the group responsible for some of Axis most business-critical applications. We support a global organization and drive the full application lifecycle from daily support to long-term development and upgrades. Our team based in Lund and Linköping works closely with colleagues across the world to improve and further develop our ERP platform.
What will you do here as ERP Application Specialist - Supply Chain
You will work closely with users business stakeholders and your teammates to solve issues improve end-to-end processes and support future development.
Our ERP platform is a global solution which supports many of our core functions within Axis like for example manufacturing warehousing order fulfillment purchasing and finance.
Your responsibilities will for example include:
Gather and understand business requirements and conduct process analysis.
Propose system design and set up system configuration.
Support implementation and deployment projects.
Provide end user support troubleshooting and route cause analysis.
Support change management and deliver training.
Support continuous improvement.
Ensure solution consistency through cross functional collaboration.
Who are we looking for/who are you
We are looking for a team player who finds it easy and stimulating to work with people spread out in our own organization as well as with external partners. You are creative and like to share your ideas and knowledge with the team. You have experience from working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 IFS or similar ERP applications and feel ready to take the next step in your career.
Wed love to hear that you have/are:
Business consulting experience either as a consultant or internally in a larger organization where building trust is an important capability.
Good understanding in one or more of the following processes: Distribution Manufacturing Warehousing or Purchasing.
Experience in the SCOR model or Microsoft E2E supply chain processes.
Experience in working in a mixed environment of managing both on-going support and improvement activities/projects.
Experience in identifying and refining requirements related to business processes and their supporting systems.
Ability to take initiative to identify track and resolve issues.
