The opportunity:

The Global Power Trainee program at Hitachi Energy VN. offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise across various facets of Hitachis power solutions business on a global scale. This rotational program is designed to cultivate future leaders who will contribute to Hitachis commitment to sustainable energy and infrastructure.

How youll make an impact:

• You will participate in a structured rotational program across different departments and business units within Hitachis power solutions portfolio (e.g. engineering project management sales R&D manufacturing).

• You will contribute to the design development and implementation of innovative power generation transmission and distribution solutions assist in project planning execution and monitoring for large-scale energy infrastructure projects conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the power industry.

• You will support the sales and marketing teams in developing proposals and presentations for clients worldwide collaborate with international teams and stakeholders on cross-functional projects engage in continuous learning and professional development activities including workshops seminars and mentorship programs.

• You will prepare reports and presentations on project progress findings and recommendations adhere to all company policies procedures and safety regulations.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:

• Bachelors or masters degree in engineering (Electrical Mechanical Power Energy Industrial) or a related field.
  Strong academic record with a demonstrable interest in the power and energy sector. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic and international environment. Strong communication interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally and relocate as required for rotational assignments demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude and prior internship or project experience in the energy industry is a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) knowledge of other languages is a plus.
