Job Summary
JOB DETAIL SALES ENGINEER (HVAC / VRF / CHILLER)
Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Da Nang / Nha Trang / Thanh Hoa
Compensation: upto 25 mil commission
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop HVAC VRF Chiller market in Da Nang Nha Trang or Thanh Hoa area.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors contractors design consultants building management hotels hospitals industrial parks.
- Provide technical solutions prepare quotations negotiate and close deals.
- Coordinate with technical team to ensure project execution meets requirements.
- Collect market insights competitor information and provide regular reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Refrigeration & HVAC Mechanical Electrical & Electronics Thermal or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in HVAC VRF Chiller or industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Basic understanding of central air conditioning systems VRF Chiller AHU FCU.
- Existing local customer network is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- English reading comprehension for technical documents.
- Self-motivated responsible willing to travel.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Relevant experience as Sales Engineer in HVAC/VRF/Chiller.
- Willing to accept challenges not overly concerned about company info and benefits when applying (all will be clarified in direct interview).
- Candidates with experience in Chinese companies or familiar with Chinese work methods are preferred.
- Chinese language is a plus.
