Logistics Intern

• Assist in the coordination of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments by tracking orders managing transportation schedules and ensuring timely delivery to customers and distribution centers.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams carriers and vendors to resolve logistics issues optimize delivery routes and prepare performance reports

Customer Service Intern

• Provide assistance with the execution of best practice Customer Support and Distribution projects and gather data to support assumptions to move projects forward.
• Assist in processing customer orders inquiries and complaints through multiple channels (phone email portal) to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
• Support the customer service team in coordinating with sales logistics and technical teams to address product availability delivery schedules pricing queries and order modifications.

HSE Intern

• Assist in conducting workplace safety inspections risk assessments and incident investigations to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
• Support the implementation of safety programs by maintaining HSE documentation tracking safety metrics and preparing reports on incidents near-misses and corrective actions. 
• Collaborate with site teams to promote safety awareness through training sessions safety campaigns and the development of HSE communication materials.

Qualifications :

• 3rd or 4th year university student in Supply Chain Engineering IT or related field
• Available for a minimum of 4 days per week for a 3-month internship
• Excellent communication organization and planning skills
• Analytical rigorous and detailed oriented
• Mastery of MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
• Fluent in English (working language)
