Job description
ITviec is looking for a motivated and proactive IT Recruitment Consultant Intern to join our IT Consulting team (Headhunting service). This role offers hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment & business development especially in the IT industry and exposure to real hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions
Source candidates via job portals LinkedIn and other channels
Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Conduct market research on talent trends and competitor hiring activities
Assigned tasks from Line Manager
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or related fields
Strong interest in recruitment especially IT hiring
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a plus
Proactive detail-oriented and willing to learn
Ability to work independently and in a team
