Job Summary
EDUCATION
- Police Law Finance Economy IT.
A bachelors degree in criminal justice criminology law enforcement or a related field is often required. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications can be advantageous.
PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION
- Telephone skill.
Certifications from recognized institutions such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) or equivalent can enhance credibility and expertise.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in communicating with stakeholders online including colleagues management and clients.
- Skills in interviewing witnesses victims and involved parties online to gather information.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in law enforcement private investigation fraud examination or a related field is typically required. Experience in specific industries (e.g. insurance finance) can be beneficial.
Legal Knowledge: Thorough understanding of legal principles regulations and ethical standards related to investigations.
COMPETENCIES
- Ability to use online tools and communication software such as email chat and video conferencing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex situations analyze data and draw accurate conclusions.
