Job Summary
Introduction to the job
- The Senior Logistics Group Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations to support stable factory execution.
- This role ensures effective material flow operational coordination and continuous improvement while aligning logistics activities with site objectives.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily logistics operations to support production and operational requirements
- Manage and guide a logistics team including task assignment and follow-up
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics processes and material flow
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution
- Monitor operational topics risks and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution
Education and experience
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Industrial Engineering Supply Chain or a related field
- Several years of experience in logistics supply chain or manufacturing operations
- Experience in a coordination or team lead role is preferred
Skills
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational topics in a dynamic environment
- Structured and solution-oriented working approach
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in English
