Minimum Requirements
The Junior Designer will support the design team by executing graphic and video design tasks across multiple brands and platforms. This role focuses on production adaptation and skill development while working closely under the guidance of Senior Designers. The Junior designer will report to the Head of Marketing.
Minimum Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or related field
- Basic experience or strong interest in video and motion design
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Familiarity with video tools such as After Effects Premiere Pro or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to manage feedback and revisions constructively

- Eager to learn and develop design and video skills
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
- Open to feedback and mentorship
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
