Job Summary
Support management in daily store operations
Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales on the floor
Assist with supervising staff when senior management is absent
Handle opening and closing procedures as required
Assist with stock receiving replenishment and general store admin
Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards

Requirements
Previous retail experience
Strong customer-service and sales ability
Reliable responsible and able to handle keyholder duties
Good communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Matric (Grade 12)
Required Skills:
Marketing experience ideally within premium retail or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of premium positioning brand storytelling and customer psychology. Exceptional communication planning and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert it into strategy. Confidence operating in a fast-paced environment where clarity taste and decision making matter.
