As the lead for a portfolio of aviation or Oil & Gas customers you will be responsible for expanding revenue streams enhancing profitability and ensuring high service standards. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and client organizations to align commercial strategies with operational execution.
The role encompasses both country-level ownership (Singapore) and regional engagement across Asia.
Define and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability within the aviation segment
Develop structured account plans to optimize financial performance and customer value
Ensure delivery against contractual commitments including cost optimization and service KPIs
Oversee day-to-day account performance including pricing governance and service delivery
Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing customer portfolios
Build and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships within client organizations
Act as the primary escalation point for key aviation clients
Lead initiatives that improve margins and commercial outcomes
Establish reporting frameworks to track pipeline performance and growth opportunities
Analyse performance trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent high-quality customer experience
Implement and refine sales processes ensuring compliance and effectiveness
Lead coach and develop team members to strengthen capabilities and performance
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Support strategic and operational projects as required
Regional Account Coordination (Asia Scope)
Act as a central point of contact for regional key accounts across multiple countries
Coordinate cross-country account strategies to ensure alignment and consistency
Strengthen relationships with multinational customers at a regional level
Partner with country teams to execute unified account strategies
Lead regional business reviews and performance discussions
Identify capability gaps and recommend improvements or investments
Support regional business development initiatives within the aviation segment
Drive alignment across markets to deliver cohesive customer programs
What It Takes
Degree in Business Supply Chain or a related field
Demonstrated experience managing large or strategic accounts ideally in supply chain or industrial solutions
Strong commercial acumen with understanding of profitability drivers (e.g. margins working capital)
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and influencing skills across seniority levels
Strategic thinker with execution discipline
Results-oriented with strong ownership mindset
