Your new role
As Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance Lead youll play a pivotal part in ensuring our life-changing treatments reach patients safely and efficiently across Singapore and the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading regulatory submissions clinical trial applications and marketing authorisations for new and existing products
- Overseeing pharmacovigilance activities including collection analysis and reporting of adverse event data to safeguard patient safety
- Engaging directly with health authorities and policymakers to shape regulatory frameworks and drive advocacy projects
- Monitoring safety data for marketed and investigational products identifying emerging safety signals and implementing responses
- Managing product safety issues with precision including coordinating recall processes when necessary
- Acting as Novo Nordisks primary representative in regulatory dialogues and negotiations with health authorities

Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for someone with a sharp regulatory mind and an unwavering commitment to patient safety. Youll bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences or related field (advanced degrees such as PhD or PharmD strongly preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or Pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven expertise in regulatory submissions safety data analysis and compliance with global health authority requirements while maintaining the highest ethical standards in all aspects.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks with particular knowledge of Singapore and regional requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong strategic communication skills for engaging with health authorities and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex safety data and generate actionable insights with unwavering focus on patient safety

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
