Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Master Scheduler

• Manage overall business plan/master schedule and chair MS meeting. Interface with sales team/marketing monitor any business changes and ensure timely build plan adjustment
• Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze its impact to customers orders and material support
• Plans schedules coordinates the overall business plan of products through the complete production build cycle. Examples: MRP loading / validation shipment (Sales order hold releases) co-ordinates activities with various functional groups (production planner MS shipping etc)
• Execute and maintain accuracy of MRP loading and validation
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in MPS and MRP Planning and Inventory management
• Familiarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel MS Power Point SAP PowerBI); Knowledge on Excel macro will be bonus
• Analytical skills good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and to work with a variety of offshore locations
• Ability to assertively implement configuration management policy
